  2. A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

  3. We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

    • payment cannot be processed,

    • delivery to your location is not possible.

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be fully refunded.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Costs

  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return costs.

  • If you change your mind, return shipping costs may be your responsibility.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been inspected.
